It’s easy to make lifelong memories here with miles of hiking trails out your back door, and patio to watch the sunset from. The hot tub is open year round and is just waiting to be enjoyed!
Living Room:
The living room is equipped with a 42" Roku TV that is Internet enabled. You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use. Cozy up to the fireplace and watch a movie. If TV isn't your thing, ensure to check out the variety of board games, cards, or colouring books this condo has to offer!
Kitchen:
When you’re away with the family, a great kitchen is always a must, and in this kitchen, you will not be disappointed. Go ahead, cook your favourite dish or try something new in the pristine kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, beautiful double door fridge and everything you need to get the job done with ease.

Primary Bedroom:
Stunning primary bedroom + En-suite completed with premium linens and pillows. Featuring Its own private patio finished with a bistro set!
Bedroom 2:
Single over double bunk beds + Single bed completed with premium linens and pillows. Well sized room makes it perfect for kids!
Patio:
Beautiful mountain views facing East. You will truly fall in love with the valley from this patio. The propane grill will work great all year around asking for you to test out your grilling skills!
Also included in your stay is a laundry room with detergent and plenty of shelving to organise your summer or winter gear. You’ll also have your own designated underground parking spot, offering you another level of convenience, guaranteeing you won’t have to spend time searching for visitor or street parking. However, if you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of additional parking.
Neighbourhood Overview
Voted the friendliest place in Canada, Radium offers peace, beauty and adventure. You can hear birds singing with the softest echo's, at all times of the day. There are 5 golf courses within a 15 minute drive. The world famous Radium Hot Springs is only a 5 minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax look no further!
You won't need a car in this part of town to get to stores and shops. If you enjoy going for walks then simply walk out the front door and you will fall in love with the area. If you want to go to the hot springs then a car is definitely recommended.
