This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook even the largest meals. The large island includes a sit-up bar with seating for three and a dining table with seating for six.

BEDROOMS:

We ensure all bedrooms come fully prepared with premium linens and pillows! Each bedroom has been expertly decorated, making it perfect for relaxing and getting an incredible night’s sleep.

Primary Bedroom (Upstairs/3rd floor): King-sized bed, closet, blackout curtains and a private ensuite with double sinks, and stand-alone shower


Bedroom #2 (Upstairs/3rd floor): King-sized bed, closet, and blackout curtains


Bedroom #3 (Upstairs/3rd floor): Queen bed and closet

Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.


Bathroom #1 (Primary Bedroom Ensuite; Upstairs/3rd floor): Full bathroom with a stand-alone shower 


Bathroom #2 (Upstairs/3rd floor): Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo


Bathroom #2.5 (Main Level/2nd floor): Half bathroom

Part of the single-car garage was converted into a games room area, complete with a foosball table & bench seating.

  • Please note that this rooftop patio is shared due to emergency exit regulations, but it features dedicated seating areas for each of the units. Please ensure that you use the space that's dedicated to your unit only. 


LAUNDRY: 

A washer and dryer are available for your use. We keep the laundry room stocked with laundry pods and bounce sheets you can use.



PARKING:

You will have access to a single-car garage and a parking spot in the driveway. If you are travelling with additional vehicles, there is street parking available along the fence at the entrance to Vista Heights. Please note that these spots are extremely limited, so we recommend carpooling as much as possible.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES

  • 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT

After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.  


We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Invermere - a town that most only believes exists in fables and folklore until they come to visit. Nestled between the famed Rocky and Purcell Mountain ranges, this small town is the perfect vacation destination for any time of year on stunning Lake Windemere. The summers here offer endless water sports options, hiking, and exciting mountain adventures. In contrast, the winter provides every kind of winter sport you could imagine, from skiing to boarding and even heliskiing. There’s also a diverse and delicious array of restaurants, spas, and other attractions to satisfy any traveller. 


When you stay with us you’ll be close to


● Incredible golfing amongst the mountains: If golfing is your game or even if you think you’d like to try your hand at swinging the clubs, there’s truly no better place than Invermere. When you stay with us, you’ll be close to some of Canada’s most renowned courses, such as Copper Point Golf Club, Eagle Ranch Resort and famed Grey Wolf Golf Club, all within a short driving distance.


● Kinsmen Beach (10 min walk): Plan a beach day at this beautiful outdoor space, where you can swim, paddle or boat surrounded by the mountains. There’s also space to picnic and burn off some energy at the children’s playground. Plenty of parking is available.


● The Farmer’s Market (5 min walk):  Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmer’s Market. 


● Radium Hot Springs (15 mins): In less than 20 minutes, you can be at  Radium’s famous natural hot springs. Here you can plan to head over with the family and experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.


● The Whiteway (5 mins): If you’re visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway -  a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach.
