After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Modern Tides is located in one of the most desirable communities called The Hideaways. When you stay here, you’ll be nestled among the Purcell Mountains with alpine views of the Rocky Mountains.

Lake Windermere: Just steps away from your door, you’ll find private access to our exclusive ¼ mile of sandy beach located along Lake Windermere’s eastern shoreline.

Radium Hot Springs (16.6km): In just over 10 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs, where you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The Whiteway (7.8 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. Granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records, you can’t miss this. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach.
Golfing: Copper Point Golf Club is only a 4-minute drive from The Hygge Hideaway. You’ll also be close to Greywolf Golf Course, a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains.
