This condo is located within minutes from Invermere’s downtown core but also offers the peace and quiet you’d expect from a mountain and lakeside vacation, complete with its million-dollar views.


When you stay with us you’ll be close to:


James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddleboard.


Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.


The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.


Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close are Windermere Valley Golf Course, the Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.


The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.


Panorama Ski Hill: The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.


A single underground parking space is included. Note that the space has lower-than-normal discharge piping above, so smaller vehicles are best suited for the space. There are visitor parking spaces available as well. 


A car is needed to get here, but the unit is centrally located so many amenities are within walking distance. However, should you wish to explore the full Valley, a car will be necessary.
