Welcome to Lake Windermere Pointe, your perfect mountain getaway in the heart of Invermere, BC. Our newly renovated 3 bedroom condo is professionally decorated and designed to give you a 5-star mountain experience. Whether you're here to golf, hike, ski, or just relax, our condo's location and amenities will exceed your expectations.


Highlights of our condo include 4 beds that sleep 6 comfortably, and plenty of space for the family to spread out or gather and make lasting memories. We're located steps away from James Chabot Beach and within walking distance of many restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown shopping. After a day at the beach, on the golf course, hiking or skiing, the Summer pool and year-round hot tub are conveniently located just steps away from your door.


Inside our condo, you'll find a 65" Smart TV with Shaw Blue Curve giving you unlimited free high-speed Wi-Fi, a premium cable package, including the sports package, and access to Netflix and YouTube. Not into TV? No worries. 


When you're away with the family, a great kitchen is always a must; in our kitchen, you will not be disappointed. The pristine kitchen, has everything you need to easily get the job done. Whether you're cooking your favorite dish, stopping in for a quick bite to eat in between outdoor adventures, or winding down with a drink and some snacks at the end of the day, this kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and baking needs.

 

The dining room has a beautiful wooden dining table with seating for 6 to enjoy your meals or just gather around.  We have also supplied you with a high chair for our smaller guests.


The well-appointed living room has a large sliding door that leads to the balcony and lets in a large amount of natural light. You'll also find an electric  fireplace that keeps you cozy in the winter and on those cooler evenings. The full-sized balcony is a great spot to grill up some steaks on the new Flare-Free-Cast Iron propane BBQ or sit and relax with a drink on the cushy chairs and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views.


Our meticulously designed master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed. Each nightstand has a bedside lamp and black-out curtains in case you feel like sleeping in. The walk-in closet is stocked with extra bedding and towels, as well as a pack-and-play for little ones. The master ensuite has a shower/tub combo and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a blow dryer, towels, and facecloths.


The second bedroom is furnished with 2, twin-XL beds (ideal for both adults and kids), and a nightstand with a bedside lamp, The large closet allows you to unpack and feel at home. We have put in a 43" Smart TV for those days that you just feel like you might need to spend some extra time in bed.


This comfortable open-concept third bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed in a beautifully designed room with black-out curtains.


Additional suite amenities include ensuite laundry, a washer and dryer. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a blow dryer. You will also have access to  1 designated underground parking stall; additional vehicles can park in surface-level visitor parking.


During your stay, you will have full use of the gym, year-round hot tub, and the pool and second hot tub during the summer months. In addition to the beach at James Chabot Beach, there is a lovely green space for picnics as well as a park for younger children. Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place.


Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text or the tablet provided on the property if you need us for any reason.


Located just minutes from Invermere’s downtown core but also offers the peace and quiet you’d expect from a mountain and lakeside vacation, complete with its million-dollar views. When you stay with us you’ll be close to James Chabot Beach, Radium Hot Springs, The Whiteway, Greywolf Golf Course, Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course, and the Farmer’s Market. There is a bus during the winter months that runs all day up to Panorama mountain resort, and the bus pick up is just a few minute walk from the condo at the Dairy Queen.

How do check-in and check-out work? We’ve made this completely seamless for you. Upon booking, you will receive our welcome email with all the information you’ll need for a contactless check-in and check-out. Once you’ve arrived and entered the condo, you will find a tablet with all the additional information you’ll need and be able to contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 


Is the pool open? We’re excited to report that the pool is completely open this summer without any restrictions. The hot tub is also open and operates all year round.


Is parking included? Yes. As mentioned above, there is a FREE underground parking space included with the rental of the condo. You will also have access to visitor parking as well as street parking if you have more than one car or guests visiting.
