Main Floor Common Room
With a bright and open concept, the main floor is designed to create a space where families can comfortably enjoy time together. There’s an entire wall of windows that provide natural light and bring the surrounding beauty indoors.
Recreation Room
You’ll find a large and comfortable recreation room on the bottom floor. This is a huge benefit to families with kids who want to have their own space to spread out and enjoy the large-screen TV. It’s also the perfect spot for a family movie night. Complete with a pool table a dart board, and a dedicated workspace if you need to catch up on work.
Bedrooms
Enjoy a peaceful rest in any one of our light and airy bedrooms. Decorated in calming neutral colours with comfy beds and cozy luxe linens, you’ll want to take your mornings slow and stay in bed just a little bit longer.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with a private ensuite and more storage than you could possibly need.
Bedroom #2: Single-over-double bunk bed located just off the dining room. Super cozy with a thick duvet and lots of squishy pillows to make you feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed located downstairs with a dresser and a closet.
Bedroom #4: Queen + double bed also located downstairs.
A Chef’s Kitchen
The timeless and beautiful design of the kitchen begs for large yummy meals to be made here. If you’re the chef in the family, you’ll love how immaculate and new everything is, from the large double-door fridge, glass stovetop and the large island to spread out dishes and let your family help themselves. No need to worry about if you’ll have everything you need, as it’s well equipped to prepare whatever’s on the menu.

Below is a ground-level patio with a walk-out from your recreation room where you can step right out your door to enjoy the view from within the brand new hot tub!
Parking
You will have access to the double-car garage and driveaway space for up to two more vehicles during your stay.
Check-In/Checkout
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Fairmont Hot Springs (1.5km): In just over 5 minutes, you can be at Fairmont's famous natural hot springs, where you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you definitely have to include in your vacation itinerary.
The Whiteway (21 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. Granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records, you can’t miss this. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach.
Golfing: Riverside and Mountainside Golf Club is only a 4-minute drive from The Mountain Top. You’ll also be close to Greywolf Golf Course, a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.
