Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.


Bathroom: Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and luxurious in-floor heating

The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm (should you so desire!)

DEDICATED WORKSTATION

This home features a dedicated workstation in the bedroom with a desk & comfortable seating. 


LAUNDRY

This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.


ADDITIONAL AMENITIES

- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


PARKING

You will have access to the right side of the driveway for a single vehicle, with additional street parking available. Garage access is not included. The left side of the driveway is dedicated to the upper suite tenants.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT

After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.  


We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.


HOUSE RULES:

  1. No smoking
  2. No parties or events
  3. Please respect the neighbours
  4. Quiet time is from 10 pm-8 am

**Please note that this unit is located in the basement suite of a half-duplex unit. You will have access to the backyard's open space with a private seating area & BBQ. The upper deck is accessible to the upstairs tenants only. There is also a sauna in the backyard that is not usable at this time.**
