LIVING SPACES
Living Room #1 (Upstairs):
Settle in on the family room sofa in front of the electric fireplace with a drink and some take-out for a night in streaming your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV. This room is elegant and comfortable and a great space to kick your feet up after a day of work or exploring the city and surrounding areas.
Living Room #2 (Downstairs):
Having guests over or need a space for the kids? This second living room is ideal for entertaining or spending some time on your own. You can get comfy on either the loveseat sofa or one of the chairs that give the room personality and flair.
BEDROOMS
In keeping with the modern and simple design, you’ll find the bedrooms are not only highly comfortable but also stylish. We’ve chosen subdued colour palettes for each room to provide an atmosphere of calm so you can have a fantastic night's sleep and be ready for whatever the next day brings.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom (Main Floor): Queen-sized bed, a dedicated workstation and a full private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #2 (Main Floor): Double bed, and reading chair. If you’re travelling with kids who are homeschooling or doing classes online, this room will be ideal for helping them stay on course.
Bedroom #3 (Main Floor): Double-size bed, side table and lamp for late-night reading and a large window allowing the room to fill with natural light throughout the day. There’s also ample closet space.
Bedroom #4 (Downstairs): Double bed and a dedicated workstation that will allow you to be away from distractions. The large windows will let in lots of natural light.
Bedroom #5 (Downstairs): Double-sized bed and closest.
This home sleeps 10 guests comfortably.
BATHROOMS
Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.
Bathroom #1 (Primary Ensuite; Main Floor): Full ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in stand-up shower for those with mobility issues.
Bathroom #2 (Main Floor): Guests from the second and third bedrooms share this immaculate full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Bathroom #3 (Downstairs): Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo right outside of the two bedrooms for added convenience.
MODERN KITCHEN
This kitchen is a pleasure to spend time preparing meals in with its large windows and white cabinets providing tons of cheery light throughout the day. We’ve equipped the kitchen with a sleek French door fridge and stainless steel oven, a coffee maker and a beautiful granite countertop island that offers additional bar seating. The dining nook lends a touch of glamour with its built-in bench seating.

OUTDOOR SPACE
You will enjoy the fully fenced yard with lots of privacy. Your pet can roam freely without worry. Please ensure that you pick up after them though, please and thank you.
PARKING
You will have access to the garage, a parking spot and lots of street parking during your stay.
LAUNDRY
This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Yes. There’s a garage, a driveway in the front of the house as well as street parking.

Yes. There are tons of shopping options in the area. The closest grocery store is Real Canadian Superstore, approximately 5 minutes away.
Are there restaurants nearby?
This city retreat is surrounded by great restaurant options, from fast food to upscale places with amazing tapas. This location cannot be beat!
Is there a laundry room?
Yes. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use.

Duke & Duchess is less than a 30-minute drive from the Calgary International Airport. We recommend having a personal car for running errands and getting around the city. However, public transportation and Uber, Lyft and taxi services all have a solid presence in the area.
